How long is shipping?


Shipping takes 3-5 business days,except hoildays. Express shipping, 2 or 3 Day Shipping will take take selected number of days for arrival. (See Shipping Policy)




What is the exchange & return policy?


Items being returned within 5 business days must send a request to info@jeweledhairlounge.com. Once request is received you will receive an authorization number and instructions on returning egilible items. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, There will be a 20% restocking fee. (See Shipping Policy)




Can I purchase hair in store?


Yes! Hair and products are avaliable for purchase at our New Britain location, located on 44 Main Street New Britian CT, 06051.




What about the saftey of using my credit card?


Using your credit card on jeweledhairlounge.co is safe and secure. All of our payments are process through PayPal and through Square. We also use the industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure the safety of your credit card, when your done make sure you log off and exit your browser so no unauthorized person can use our site with your name and account information.

We only charge taxes to Connecticut Residents
